Please submit your completed application and the $230 deposit (payable to Mountaintop Montessori) to reserve your space. Applications can be submitted to the main office at 440 Pinnacle Place, Charlottesville, VA 22911, or by email to tbenzinger@mountaintopmontessori.org.
All applications will be processed upon receipt of the camp deposit, and the remaining balance is due by June 1, 2024. You will receive an email confirmation once your application has been processed.

Required Forms
Every summer and spring break camper must submit one of the two sunscreen forms below.
Any camper who requires prescription or non-presciption medication during camp hours must submit a Medication Authorization form (this includes cough drops, lip balm, and lotion).
Medications and sunscreen must be turned in to the front office rather than sent with your child in his/her camp bag.
These forms are due no later than the Thursday prior to the child's first day of camp.
